Cancellation Policy

Please note that a reservation is a contract in law and for a cancellation without due notice you could be liable for the whole cost of the stay. Deposits are non-returnable, and may not be held over against subsequent bookings. Our required notice to cancel without cost is 7 days for Bed & Breakfast bookings and 30 days for Self-Catering bookings prior to the first day of your booking. We strongly advise that you out suitable holiday insurance for curtailment or cancellation.
