Maximum occupancy 4 The Cheese House
was formerly used for the production of cheese made from the farms
dairy herd. As the farm concentrated more on livestock and less on
milk production, the building was transformed into a cosy cottage.
Children are welcome. A travel cot and high chair can be booked in advance. We do not provide cot linen, stair-gates, baby baths or any other baby equipment. Children must be supervised at all times. All heating, electricity bed linen and towels
are included in the price
Ivy and Stable Cottage
These semi-detached cottages were
converted from the farm's old stable buildings in 2003. Ivy Cottage (maximum occupancy 2) This cottage has a comfortable lounge heated by an oil fired range and includes a leather suite, LCD television with integrated freeview, DVD player and a CD player. There's a newly fitted modern kitchen (including electric cooker & oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave) and shower room. Upstairs there is an oak paneled double bedroom with a king size bed. Outside there is a patio garden
with table and chairs where you can relax, have a barbecue and take
in the unspoiled views of the Englishcombe valley. We can accommodate one infant and provide a travel cot and high chair on request. We do not provide cot linen, stair-gates, fire-guards, baby baths or any other baby equipment. Children must be supervised at all times. Ivy Cottage can be booked for any length of stay from 1 night upwards. Standard breaks are Friday-Friday, Friday-Monday or Monday-Friday. The oak-paneled bedroom upstairs can be made up as a twin or a double (with super-king-size bed). Two additional guests can be accommodated on the single bed settee and pull out bed downstairs in the lounge. The ground floor area has a spacious lounge heated by an oil fired range and includes a leather suite, a bed settee, an LCD wide screen television with integrated freeview, a DVD player and a small CD player. There's a modern fitted kitchen-dinner (including electric cooker & oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave) and a Scandinavian style shower room. There is no actual bath. Outside is a patio garden with table
